ERP supplier Softwear lets customers perform better with tritonX

As of today Softwear has become a Partner of tritonX. Softwear delivers IT solutions for both retail and wholesale companies in the fashion industry. By using smart marketing tools repeat purchases are stimulated and the customer value will increase.

‘We know the fashion industry like no other and know which questions entrepreneurs face. We see more and more that our customers have a need for information that allows them to better identify the consumer. By working together with tritonX we can help our customers to set up smart email campaigns or to use an intelligent loyalty system. Think of applying special discounts to certain article groups (personal pricing) or redeeming loyalty points in the form of coupons. It is also possible to automatically activate a trigger when a consumer has a birthday. A congratulatory message is then sent, possibly with a linked gift. Because the cash registers and the online shop are linked to tritonX, the consumer experiences a 100% omnichannel experience.
