Single Sign-on is the basis of the Customer Connector solution you need to get a better grip on your customers. With Single Sign-on, you ensure that all channels (the physical store, the webshop and the app) are connected to each other to create one central customer profile. This happens in real time; if you create a customer account in the webshop, it is immediately visible in the checkout and vice versa. So Single Sign-on is really a technical solution, which consists of modern API techniques and provides one customer number per customer account.

The store fills up, there’s a line at the checkout, or the customer is in a hurry and quickly wags off a registration. With the Offline Onboarding module, you can make registering easier.

New customer registration before the purchase

Place a QR code in the store (or at an external location such as a trade show) that allows a not-yet-registered customer to sign up as a member. The customer scans the QR code, which links to a registration page, and can easily register. Immediately after completing the registration, the customer will be known in tritonX and you can automatically send a welcome email. By linking to the Event Based Rewarding module, you can also provide this newly registered customer directly with loyalty points, coupons, an extension and/or an interest.

By using the Apple Wallet add-on, it is also possible to provide the newly registered customer with an Apple Wallet immediately after completing the offline onboarding registration form.
