The partner network of tritonX is expanded with the e-commerce agency Sition from Den Bosch. Sition is with more than 20 years experience in e-commerce the first Shopware Enterprise Partner of the Netherlands. Some time ago, Intersport Twin became a joint customer of Sition and tritonX.
‘For Intersport Twin we have realized a Shopware implementation. The link to tritonX is an integral part of the solution. Through this link, purchases from customers in both the physical stores and in the webshop of Intersport Twin are synchronized. Whoever places an order in the store, sees it immediately back in the webshop environment and also promotions in the store and webshop now run seamlessly into each other. Bonus points can be saved and used online and offline. The same goes for coupons. The omnichannel features also bring personalization opportunities: for example, those who log in to product detail pages immediately see a personal discount added to the price. To link the cash registers and inventory systems, Sition implemented an OIS link with ACA’s XPRT software system, which has significantly simplified price and inventory management. Customers can now see real-time stock levels in the stores, making click&collect even more efficient’, says Michel Doens of Sition.
