Fast fashion retailer Norah offers the latest women’s fashion in more than 80 stores every week. In addition, an e-commerce channel is active and can be visited at www.norah.eu. From an Omnichannel strategy a ‘custom’ reward system was developed in cooperation with tritonX.
Norah renewed its existing loyalty program. Customers had been able to sign up for the Norah & more loyalty program for some time. This allowed them to save points to benefit from gifts such as a birthday present and various discounts. With the renewed loyalty program, Norah now offers its customers the opportunity to use acquired points themselves for discount vouchers, gifts and other fun promotions. With this change, the Norah customer is in control how and when she uses her points and benefits. Norah tailors the loyalty program even more to its individual customer. The customer decides which discount / action voucher she prefers and buys these vouchers with her points. There are several vouchers to choose from, which are offered for various amounts of points. For example, 10% discount on the most expensive item, a free keychain or 10% discount on jackets. The loyalty of the customer is thus rewarded. The more the customer buys, the more points she saves and the more benefit she can get.
The Norah & more loyalty program gives Norah the opportunity to serve the consumer even better. To do this, she uses the CDP software tritonX. tritonX is used by professional retail companies with an omnichannel strategy.
