Savings program

Through a savings program, customers build up a credit with every purchase in basic. Besides saving on purchases, it is also possible to reward points based on behavior through the Event Based Rewarding module. Which possibilities the customer then has with his/her saved points can be set via the (omnichannel) Reward & Redeem module:

  • Saving points in exchange for discounts
  • Saving points in exchange for coupons
  • Saving points in exchange for periodic gift vouchers

Loyalty status levels

If you don’t want loyalty points to represent a value, then assign a loyalty status level, with privileges, to the customer’s account. Think bronze, silver and gold, for example. The more points a customer saves, the higher the level. The higher the level, the more privileges a consumer gets.

It is also possible to set loyalty status levels not based on loyalty points, but on turnover.

Paid membership

Would you like to offer your customers a paid membership? That is possible. You can give discount to your customers with a paid membership through Personal Pricing for example on certain brands. Or make sure your paid members do not have to pay shipping costs.
