Omnichannel loyalty program
Participation is completely free and can be easily completed in-store or online at www.vanduinkerken.com.
Van Duinkerken set up this loyalty program using the Customer Data Platform tritonX. Within tritonX, customer data from both online and offline channels is gathered into a single platform. Customers therefore have one account where they can enjoy the same privileges across all channels and gain insight into both their online and offline purchases.
Upon registration, tritonX assigns the member discount to the profile via events, both for online and in-store registrations. The event also immediately links the welcome coupon and ensures the customer receives a welcome email. If it’s the customer’s birthday, they will also receive a special bonus via an automated newsletter (trigger).
Both events and triggers call Mailchimp (ESP), which sends personalized emails to the customer.
