New developments for 2025

At tritonX, we are always looking ahead to better support our clients in their growth and success. For 2025, we have several developments planned. In this learning, we highlight three key pillars: insights through Productboard, phase 2 of Mix & Match, and the advanced features of Mailchimp Journey Builder.

Productboard: centralized insight into our roadmap

To improve transparency and collaboration, we have brought our entire roadmap and (customer) requests together in Productboard. With this tool, we offer clients a central overview of all developments and the ability to submit new requests or support existing ideas through voting. We will share more details soon on how you can get started with this.

Mix & Match: Phase 2 of the expansion

The Mix & Match functionality, which allows customers to drive promotions in real-time across all sales channels, will be further expanded based on customer feedback. New additions include:

  • “X discount on product Y with the purchase of product Z”
  • The ability to set a minimum spend for a free item

Additionally, practical improvements, such as the ability to duplicate selections, will be included. We expect these updates to be delivered in early 2025. Stay updated on the progress via Productboard.

Mailchimp Journey Builder: more automation possibilities

Mailchimp has replaced its classic Automation feature with the powerful Journey Builder. We have adapted our integration to enable you to use:

  • Flexible workflows: Build complex customer journeys with multiple paths based on behavior and preferences.
  • Real-time personalization: Send messages at the perfect time with advanced triggers.
  • User-friendly interface: Easily create campaigns with a visual drag-and-drop editor.
  • Multichannel options: Combine email, SMS, and other channels in one workflow.

Mailchimp Journeys gives you more control and personalization options to reach and engage your customers. We are currently testing this feature in a pilot and it will be available soon.
