Expansion of Loyalty 3.0
Loyalty programs are subject to trends and developments, and at tritonX, we’ve been evolving as well. Several key trends are emerging in the retail loyalty space. The main trend of 2024? The shift from a loyalty system purely based on transactions (Transactions-Based Reward Programs) to a more varied, flexible, and personalized loyalty system.
This includes rewarding behaviors, proactively giving gifts and specific member privileges, and offering more choices for customers—all available across all touchpoints. You can achieve this with our new features:
- Obsolete points trigger – Expired loyalty points as a trigger
- Free-gift-coupon – Give first, then take
- Reward points – Reward customer behavior with loyalty points
- Invite a friend – Member-get-member

Expansion of Offline Onboarding
We didn’t rest on our laurels when it came to Offline Onboarding either. The Offline Onboarding module has been expanded with Apple Wallet functionality, allowing newly registered customers to easily add their membership card to their Apple Wallet.
New Coupon & ODC Reporting
In the Coupon module, it’s now possible to generate a comprehensive report at the click of a button, showing redeemed, open, and expired coupons, along with the outstanding value of the coupons. The same report is also available for Omnichannel Discount Codes.
Milestones of 2024
2024 was a fantastic year for tritonX, filled with significant milestones! We are proud to have won the prestigious ‘Best Technology Partner 2024’ award from Copernica. Additionally, we welcomed 12 new retailers, a growth we are incredibly grateful for. Another highlight was our participation in the Unified Commerce customer event hosted by ACA Fashion Software. During this event, focused on launching the innovative Unified Commerce Platform Eazier by ACA, our colleague Roxanne Ramp, along with Pim van Westen, presented an insightful demo showcasing how tritonX integrates seamlessly with the LIV register.
