Omnichannel Mix&Match

In collaboration with ACA Fashion Software (LIV POS), the new Mix&Match module has been developed—an omnichannel solution that allows both the in-store POS and the online store (and any other touchpoints) to seamlessly present the same promotions.

Manual Process

Retailers frequently use bundle offers. On the store floor, these promotions often need to be manually entered by sales staff at the POS. This process is prone to errors, as an employee may forget to apply the promotion or simply be unaware of all active offers. Online, the promotion is typically applied automatically, which can lead to confusion among customers—a situation you always want to avoid.

Automated Process

To eliminate manual errors and ensure that customers receive the same discounts both offline and online, we have developed the Mix&Match module together with ACA. With this module, all promotions are configured within TritonX, allowing discounts to be applied automatically. This works both in the online store and at the in-store POS. The employee saves time, and the risk of errors is virtually eliminated.

How Does the Mix&Match Module Work?

Once combination offers are defined, they can be configured within TritonX. Within TritonX, you can select the items that will be part of the promotion. After selecting the appropriate brands, collections, categories, or item numbers, you add them to the desired Mix&Match promotion. Once the promotion is activated, it will go live on the set date. Now, when a customer shops either online or in-store and checks out one or more items from the product selection, the discount will be automatically applied!

Mix&Match Possibilities

The possibilities with Mix&Match are virtually endless. Below are a few examples of discounts that can be combined and matched. Exclusions can also be automatically set up.

Buy X, Pay Y

  • For example, buy 3, get 2 for free.
  • For example, 2 blazers for €179.95; 3 shirts for €99.95.
  • For example, 50% off the second item.
  • For example, get 10% off when spending €100 or more.

Stackable Discounts

  • For example, 10% off 1 item, 20% off 2 items, 30% off 3 or more items.
  • For example, 10% off the first item, 20% off the second item, 30% off the third item, or more.

Free Item

  • For example, buy a pair of sunglasses, get a free glasses cord.

Set (Fixed Price)

  • For example, buy 1 item from selection X + 1 item from selection Y = €179.95.

With the Mix&Match module, you can easily and flawlessly offer combination discounts both in-store, online, and across other touchpoints.
