The recognized Magento partner Itonomy from Utrecht has recently developed a plugin that enables connection with the tritonX CDP. By making this plugin available to other Magento partners, the ‘time-to-market’ is significantly reduced. Additionally, by reusing this plugin, substantial development costs are saved for retail companies with an omnichannel/loyalty strategy.
The omnichannel retail organization Only for Men, with 17 physical stores and a webshop, is one of the companies using this plugin. The recently implemented Magento webshop has been integrated with tritonX via this plugin. A consumer can access real-time insights into their current data through their account. In addition to personal details, purchase data and open coupons are also readily available. As part of the loyalty program, consumers are eligible for Personal Pricing. The personal price is displayed on the product detail page via this plugin.
