More than 10 years ago, Coef Concept Store opened its doors in the center of Nijmegen as one of the first concept stores in the Netherlands. Coef Concept Store is now a well known concept in Nijmegen and the surrounding area. Besides an extensive collection of footwear and streetwear, you can also find a hairdresser. After the success of Coef Concept Store, Coef Men was founded in 2014. Meanwhile Coef Men has 5 stores and a professional e-commerce environment. The next step in optimizing the concept is to intensify customer contact. For this purpose, an agreement was recently concluded with tritonX.
Since Coef Men is all about the consumer, it was decided to intensify the strategy here. Consumers can register as a ‘Coef Member’ via the stores but also via the webshop. By participating in the member program, e-mail addresses and profile data are made available in tritonX. By storing this information within a central environment, all desired touch points can make use of up-to-date customer information. This information is also used to approach specific target groups with relevant mailing campaigns. By selectively linking the right customers to the right email campaigns, the efficiency is greatly improved.
