In addition to exclusive brands you can also go to Skins Cosmetics for skin advice, a personal scent consultation and professional makeup.
tritonX, in collaboration with ACA Fashion Software and Divide, provides a fully integrated system for Skins Cosmetics where the customer comes first. tritonX works as a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and ensures that all interactions with the customer are recorded. With this, tritonX ensures that one omnichannel customer profile is created across all systems. This can then be used for elements such as Loyalty 3.0, personal pricing and segmented marketing.
Via tritonX, Skins Cosmetics is therefore able to apply a new loyalty 3.0 program, which will start in 2020. The customer receives personal offers based on loyalty status, both in-store and online. The new loyalty 3.0 program will therefore be fully omnichannel through tritonX.
Furthermore, personal pricing is used, which means that every customer can be approached personally. Or regular customers receive a voucher with a personal offer via tritonX.
